Our most successful customers check this page at least weekly, for near in months, holiday months, and any other month they are expecting bookings in. Many just look quickly at all 12, but spend more time where they expect more business. 

They look at the general status–are things booking about as well as last year? Better? How do I compare to the market? 

They look at specific properties that are performing outside of expectations. High occupancy may mean higher prices are possible. Low occupancy may require lowering prices. Frequently the AI will figure this out independently, and it is a best practice to go verify this if a property is not performing. 

They also look at new properties to their program: these can be the trickiest to manage, as you have a new owner to please and build a relationship with. Messaging that owner with performance versus the market can be helpful in building a relationship and trust.
