What is the difference between the different versions?

The Perfect version has much of the key functionality like dynamic pricing and dynamic minimum stays. Upgrade to Professional if you want more hands-on access to support. Enterprise licenses are best for larger property managers (1,000+ units) with specific needs such as custom integrations. The AI engine is the same for all versions–you’re getting Enterprise quality even if you are on the Perfect subscription!

When will I be billed?

Subscribers are billed at the end of your trial, and then on the monthly or annual anniversary depending on your billing plan. If you are on a custom PMS or custom work is being done to onboard you, please refer to your agreement for specific payment terms.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes, monthly payment is available for our Perfect and Professional tiers. See our pricing plans here. We recommend paying annually as this will save you money.

Can I pay annually?

Yes, you can pay annually. For annual customers we offer very compelling pricing. Enterprise plan subscribers must pay annually, given the high level of resources we put into on-boarding and supporting them.

Can I update my billing to annual if I already selected monthly billing?

Yes, you can! If you're ready to save money by switching to annual billing, head over to the billing page and simply select "Annual Billing".

What happens if I decide to switch to annual billing?

When you switch from monthly to annual you will immediately be billed for the annual version of your plan (saving you money!) with any unused portion of the month being applied as a credit to the annual fee. Your anniversary will be set to 12 months from the date you switched to annual.

What if I want to be billed monthly instead of annually?

Simply visit the billing change and choose "monthly". Please note that this change will take effect at the end of your billing cycle!

What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?

There is no difference in the software–if you pay monthly or annually you get the same, great software to manage your dynamic pricing.

The only differences are in the payments and terms.

  • Monthly agreements are billed every month, in advance, based on how many units were turned on during the prior month.
  • Annual billing means you are billed once per year, at the start of the term, for all units that are in Perfect Price (regardless of whether they are off or on–but you do not ever pay for units that are out of Perfect Price’s coverage area). If you add units later, they are billed pro-rata for the remainder of the annual term.

What other forms of payment do you accept?

For the Perfect and Professional plans, we're only taking credit card payments.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can contact us via the chat icon in the lower right hand corner of the screen. If you wish to cancel and are still within your trial period, then don't fret! You won't be charged as we didn't require a credit card to sign up.

My trial ended and I now I can't access the software, what do I do?

Simply enter your credit card information, and choose a plan (we recommend annual billing) to continue using the product. We will invoice and charge the card at the end of every billing cycle until you cancel!
